We start the claim process once  your signed Agreement is received by our office. We polish up the details and file the claim usually within 24 hours of having all notarized and signed documentation. This happens immediately and you can expect your money between 4-6 weeks. Some courts (due to pandemic) have a backlog (also depends on the state and type of fund we are claiming) some states are faster than others, you may receive it as fast as 3 weeks!

A- Rest assured we will NEVER ask for anyone to pay upfront for any services we provide. 

B- We work only on a contingency basis and do not get paid until you get paid...that simple! Our fee is paid when we recover your money . 

C- We don’t ask for bank information or any additional personal information because we’ve already qualified you as the rightful owner or heir/beneficiary before we even attempt to contact you. 

D-For identity/verification purposes, our registered/certified "Notary" will require identifying documentation at time of agreement signage to ascertain we are working with the right claimant and not someone portraying to be the claimant.

It happens! We move, forget to forward addresses etc.., or just don't feel the need to submit a change of address at the post office. A simple change of your address can delay or simply cause you to never receive information regarding this money. 

Nonetheless, our company has access to databases and other records that are not readily available to the general public. Even if you were aware of it, at times it’s still very difficult to find it and much less recover it without professional training or experience.
